Liposuction procedure is the extraction by the suction of fatty tissue under the skin through small holes. These holes do not usually leave a visible scar. Therefore, after treatment, it is unnoticeable that you have had liposuction.

The duration of the procedure is determined according to the size of the surgical site where the fat tissue between the skin and the muscle is pulled through. The bigger the area, the more the time that is required for the operation.

Liposuction is a surgery that requires a lot of care and experience. The decision sucking from the surface and deep in the body, and how much liposuction from the patient that needs to be done are decisions that are to be made with caution. Liposuction may also use lasers and ultrasonic energies. However, these are auxiliary devices which cannot be named as a technique.

Liposuction surgery can be performed in the form of high def liposuction in suitable people. In this procedure, normal liposuction in the body as well as muscle anatomy is intended to become clear.

Comfortable clothing is strongly recommended, and the surgeon’s preference will be for you to wear a buttoned-shirt.

After the Liposuction

Your Liposuction will be carried out with the utmost care by your surgeon and you can be sure that the same standard of care will continue during the regular post operative checks to ensure a smooth recovery.

The procedure may be conducted under local or general anaesthesia, depending on the size of the field of use. Post-liposuction discomfort is generally mild. This is because your surgeon dilates the fatty tissue with the solution and usually adds local anaesthetics to the solution to extract the fat.

You'll need to wear a garment or bandage on the liposuction region for about 20 days. These special garments are typically not seen through the clothing, because they're very thin. You can get back to your social life between 1 day to 1 week depending on the size of your application area.
