Dental Implants are required when a patient has deteriorating or missing teeth. The implants serve as an artificial replacement of failing root teeth, in both dentures and crowns, providing a long-term solution. The procedure entails placing titanium screws into your jawbone and will last a lifetime – as long as they are looked after.
Smiling is considered as one of the most important aspects of facial appearance, and many people’s self-confidence is severely dented if their teeth are misaligned, fragmented, or showing gaps. Opting for DSD will solve those issues, and your teeth can become immaculate to suit your personality.
Also called hybrid implants. During the process, the patient must come to the clinic many times.
A detailed clinical and radiological examination is required for all patients scheduled for All On Four treatment. By making measurements on computed tomography (CT), a suitable planning is made for the patient. The All On Four procedure is shaped into two stages, surgical and dental prosthesis procedures. After 4 dental implants are placed on the patient on the day of treatment, the temporary dental prosthesis is fixed on the dental implants on the same day. After 3 months, the patient can start using permanent dental prostheses.
There may be some tooth sensitivity in the following days after your treatment.
After the procedure, you can use your temporary dental prosthesis, which is fixed on dental implants. However, you should be having a diet that your dentist will recommend to you in the 3-month period of dental fusion with bone implants. After the completion of the 3-month process, you will be able to eat as you wish with your permanent prosthesis.
