Pass your medical history details onto your surgeon, including medications you have been prescribed for currently and previously.

There are post-surgery risks related to herbal products such as teas and supplements, so you must abstain from consuming them at this point.
Blood thinning medication (or better known as blood thinners), are prohibited. These will include aspirin, coumadin, clexan, amongst others.
If necessary, you may use painkillers, but they must contain paracetamol. Otherwise, you cannot use them in any circumstance and must inform the surgeon.
We recommend taking a shower or bath prior on the morning of your operation, paying special attention to the facial and head areas.
Wearing any type of jewelry, makeup or contact lenses is prohibited.
Bring adequately comfortable clothes, and if possible, button-up shirts for surgeon’s convenience.
